- Radio Station Alexa Skill
Setting up an Alexa Skill is a difficult task and has ongoing costs to host the Action in the cloud.
We will build, test and deploy a Google Action and maintain it for you.

There are a number of important points that we want to make you aware of before you place your order, as such you must agree to all of the below terms before completing your order. If you are unsure about any of these points, please contact us before proceeding.

£20.00 GBP Quarterly + £20.00 GBP Setup Fee£60.00 GBP Annually + £20.00 GBP Setup Fee

I am able to provide a HTTPS URL for my stream. The stream should ideally be in MP3 format - other formats may work, but they are not officially supported:	If your stream is hosted by us then you can definitely tick this box.
I agree that the set up fee is non-refundable:	We'll do as much as possible to get your Skill published, however there may be instances where Amazon may refuse to publish the Skill. If this were to happen we would refund the Skill subscription cost minus our £20 set up fee.
I understand that it could take up to 2 weeks for my Skill to be published:	Most Skills will be published within a few days, however if Amazon raise any queries it can cause delays.
I understand that users may have to enable your skill on first use, by saying "Alexa, enable the 'ABC Radio' skill" or by enabling it from the Skill store:	This will generally improve after a few weeks and with increased use of the Skill by different users.
In order to keep our subscription cost as low as possible, we've limited changes to one per billing cycle:	Additional changes to your Skill within the same billing period will be charged at £20. This is why the quarterly billing cycle is slightly more than the annual billing cycle.
