Galaxy Web Solutions is a privately owned limited company based in Bristol, UK.

Established in 2004 we have built a strong customer base of over 1,000 satisfied customers made up of individuals, businesses, web developers and start up web hosting companies.

Unlike many other smaller hosting providers we own and manage our own servers in private rack space which allows us to deliver an excellent quality of service and high uptime figures.

Our servers are based in Cheltenham, UK in secure rack space and are managed by us both remotely and on-site when required.

We deliver quality customer service and technical support between 8AM and 10PM (and outside of these times where possible).

Outside of these hours our infrastructure continues to be monitored and any potential problems are immediately reported to our server engineers for rectification.
